small hemorrhoid that wont go away!?!? HELP?
ok so maybe about 4 months ago i had a HUGE hemorrhoid it was awful and i didnt know what to do and eventually after a few days it shrunk down but i was still left with a little bump and its still there, will it ever go away?? its not a full on hemorrhoid its almost like the skin got streched and just stays there?? im only 19 and a girl its so embarrassing help?? has this happened to anyone else?

1. Consume more fruit and vegetables, you need more diet fiber
2. stop drinking alcohol, coffee or smoke
3. don’t do any heavy exercise
4. drink lot’s of water each day a least 2 Liter.
