We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known. Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.

Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

Hemroids are enlarged and inflamed veins in the anorectal area, caused by increased pressure as a result of excessive straining, mainly due to constipation. Hemroids may be internal hemroids or external hemroids. Hemroids symptoms include blood on the surface of stools or on paper toilet, rectal discomfort, rectal pain on passing stools and feeling of a mass around the anus which may be painful and tender.

Hemroids treatment is usually easy without surgery and the need for surgery is limited nowadays to a few cases, thanks to the recently administered natural methods of hemroids treatment.

However, the true challenge is not in treating hemroids (remember that hemroids may go away even without any treatment), the true challenge is in preventing their recurrence.

Once you get hemroids, then you are at great risk of recurrence at any time. These are the bad news, the good news is that it is even now easier to prevent hemroids than to to treat them, provided that you know how.

There are many options for hemroids treatment, either traditional medical methods, alternative natural herbal methods, ore non-operative or operative procedures. However, there is only one option for preventing hemroids, that is by correcting the cause.

And since hemroids is almost always caused by excessive straining, usually due to unhealthy lifestyle, it is by modifying your lifestyle, you can protect yourself from future attacks of hemroids.  Actually, this is easy and difficult at the same time.

It is easy because it does not involve taking any medications or undergoing any surgery and difficult because it requires changing what you used to do for years. Believe me, the result is worth this change, you does not only protect yourself from hemroids forever, but also avoids constipation and provides good colon and body health.

These changes are really simple, but requires that you start now and practice for some time until it becomes a part of your life. All the following changes aim at one thing, minimize straining.

  • Modify your diet. Increase your consumption of high-fiber foods as fruits and vegetables and whole grain cereals and grains, you may also consume psyllium and bran. At the same time, limit your intake of low-fiber foods which include heavily refined foods such as white bread, ice cream and dairy products. These changes will help you avoid constipation and minimize straining required to pass stools. In addition, drink more fluids, at least 8 cups per day and avoid alcohol and coffee.
  • Don’t take laxatives, as they cause diarrhea which leads to straining. A high-fiber diet is usually sufficient to treat constipation.
  • Don’t strain to pass stools, let the stools pass naturally.
  • Don’t hold stools, go to the bathroom as soon as you feel the urge to defecate.
  • Don’t read papers in the bathroom and avoid prolonged sitting on toilet.
  • Don’t lift heavy objects and avoid holding breath unnecessarily..
  • Don’t sit or stand in the some position for a long time.
  • Perform regular exercise to help healthy and smooth bowel movements.

With the above changes, your risk of getting hemroids will drop dramatically, and I hope you will not experience them again.
