does anyone know treatment for piles?
I am 31 years old,never been pregnant and am suffering from extreme pain in my back passage for about two weeks,my gp said i have plies and gave me anusol,unfortunately its not helpful at all.and the pain is mortifying.could it be something else than piles?i have been on a laxative for a few years.
any doctors there?please help
hi, 1st you have to avoid c onsuming foods that make piless worse, like caffeine, any sort of alcohol, nuts or spicy items.
2nd, you shoild eat more fiber and drink more water.
3rd you can use ice pack wrapped in a clean soft cloth can help ease the pain of hemorrhoids.
