Abdominal pains are very difficult to pin-point to a problem. If you look at some anatomy pictures (on the net) you might get an idea which organs MIGHT be involved but not have to necessarily. Is it a dull pain (organs), or is it rather tearing, stabbing (muslces)? Is it on just one location, or is it radiating? Is it at the front (spleen, stomach…)or at the back (kidney)?
I’d suggest to go see a health care provider if the symptoms persist or worsen (along with nauseau and vomitting etc.).
