avoid hemorrhoids
We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known.
Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.
Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

How to avoid Hemorrhoid operation? Pls help!?
Dear friends, I am getting scared when i surf net when i read about Hemorrhoids and piles because for the past 3 years (i know its too much of time) i am feeling a pulling pain in my anal after bowel movement which is rare and mostly during night between 3-5 am. For the past 3 years only once i saw blood with the stool. I am feeling shy to show to the doctor which i know is not wise (planning to meet doctor soon). How to find out myself whether it is a internal or external hemorrhoid and is it curable and what should i do to avoid any operation. Please don’t send 2 line answer i need in detail. Thank you for your concern.
I am 32 and unmarried.
Hey, to find out whether it’s a hemorrhoid or not I suggest taking a good look at the symptoms – I’ve briefly outlined 5 of the main ones for you below:.
1. The first hemorrhoid symptom is bright red blood in or on the stool, or blood on the toilet paper. If you notice streaks of blood in or on the stool or on the toilet paper during or after bowel movement then it’s fairly likely that you have hemorrhoids.
2. The second hemorrhoid symptom is when you have a feeling that you can’t finish passing a stool. You may have noticed that not matter how hard you try – you just can’t pass the stool
3. Another hemorrhoid symptom is itching sensation inside or at the entrance to the anal canal. This symptom is noticed by the vast majority of hemorrhoid sufferers with various degrees of pain.
4. The fourth hemorrhoid symptom is relevant for those suffering from external hemorrhoids. Lumps or mounds of flesh will be able to be seen around the anus. These can vary in size from about as big as a pea to bigger than a golf ball.
5. Mucus emissions are a slightly less common symptom of hemorrhoids but it is worth mentioning here because it does occur in some people.
So – what to do next…
For lasting cures I suggest you look at natural products such as H Miracle or Venapro. Both are affordable options that have been proven to work thousands of times over.
In the mean time, here’s a quick summary of what you should be doing right now:
Food – eat lots of fiber (fruit and veges)
Water – drink heaps, at least 8 glasses
Exercise – if possible (im not sure in your case), try to do at least 20 minutes per day.
Avoid spicy foods.
Pain relief – try a sitz bath in hot water and applying chipped ice to the wound 2-3 times per day.
