Hemorrhoids and constipation 6 months after pregnancy!?
Am I suppose to still have hemorrhoids 6 months after giving birth? I drink plenty of fluids, 90 onces of water a day to be exact and I take some Metamucil Fiber Powder. I also have really bad constipation and I went 3 months without having a bowel movement. My hemroids are bloody and a little painful. I havent really lost any pregnancy weight, just a couple pounds here or there. I’ve been working my a** of at the gym lately. That scale doesnt want to budge! Is it normal to have hemorrhoids and constipation 6 months after pregnancy?

I gave birth to my second daughter VBAC, and it really messed up my internal organs! It took awhile for everything to get back in place. I had a bulge inside my “birth canal”, and I had to push it back in place sometimes when I was defacating. The doctor didn’t seem to think it was something to be concerned about.
Three months without a bowel movement, though, is simply out of bounds. See a doctor. Your lack of weight loss might be connected to this.
