My hemorrhoids are bothering me really badly. This has been going on for a little over forty-two hours, and even though I’ve had them for about a year, I’ve never actually had any symptoms except for the occasional bleeding. (Smaller than a pea about once a month.) I have been using hemorrhoid cream everytime it gets to hard for me to handle (but it’s gotten pretty bad) and the cream won’t really make it stop…. please,
can anyone out there tell me what to do? Advice on how to sooth the burning/itching?

You need to see your doctor. He/she can refer you to a surgeon, if needed. You could have a thrombosed hemorroid, which is a blood clot that extends out of the rectum, and needs excised right away.
Waiting is NOT GOOD. If there is bleeding, and the feces passes over it, there is the possibility of a serious infection.
