I have had a hemorrhoid for a few months, it doesn’t itch or bleed, what should i do? ..?
I don’t really want to see a doctor about this, so any home remedies would be best.
Also, i drink an awful lot of coke etc. and i hardly do any exercise… do you think this could possibly be the cause?
Ive also heard that if you have hemorrhoids there with you for life, is that true?
you need fiber in your diet! you should go and see a doctor maybe you’ll get prescribed something for it….but really you just need more fiber.
oh start cutting back on coke, it’s not very good for you. about the exercise part, start by walking at least ten mins. a day and gradually add till you get to a level where instead of walking you’ll be able to jog then run.
try it, it’ll make a big difference and you’ll feel more energized!
