Anybody – Problem – Looking for Solutions?
I am working with two crappy people:
1) Does not know how to do her job; Is belligerant when you ask her to do her job or just won’t do her job, chats in excess.
2) Deliberately screws up work to buy time and then attempts to blame me; piles more work on top of his deliberate screw ups; and more.
Both are quite inexperienced in their areas, only having approx. 3 years exp. in this area. I have about 8 times that.
I have apprised H.R., and they are working with me, but the problems keeping popping back up. What more can I do? I like the other people a lot, and would not want to cause them any harm. But I do know someone in a very high position, if necessary.
This could go under jobs, but I know you guys the best, and I appreciate that you are all open and knowledgable about traits in people. Person 1) Sag sun/Scorpio moon/Sag mercury Person 2) Libra sun/Aries moon/Virgo mercury. I’m a Scorpio sun/Gemini moon/Scorpio mercury
Sag sun Scorp moon Sag Mercury. Moon in Scorp becomes unstable. It’s called fallen or in detriment. This makes a person moods ebb and flow. Sags sun and Mercury makes this person a bit sloppy and uncaring towards others as far as work goes. I love Sags my daughter in law is one. Libras like to communicate and the Virgo is right at home in Mercury. This person needs to be working in a service industry helping others and putting that Libra sun to work by doing something physical not just mental.
You. .Scorp Sun Gemini Moon Scorp Mercury. You like quiet and people not interrupting you as you work. Your work is personal and you take great pride in your work. Your gemini moon will find ways to make work easier but no one listens. You need to employ your Scorp Mercury to do so. How? Do exactly what you did here. WRite it down. Not with all the astrology stuff. Write down specific instances.
You tend to be a very hardworking person and do not like to assume others works as your own. You aren’t a clockwatcher and dislike others that do so.
