Hi! I am suffering from hapatitus c and also suffering from piles. So due to hapatitus~C, i can’t afford to eat beans, spanich, meat, eggs, oily foods, and iron, b12 or any kind of medicines related to blood building in body. Could you please suggest me proper diet for blood building under these conditions. It is humble request, so please do help me all..
