i put on weight after any aerobic exercise despite proper diet..i piled up 2 kgs in a month..why so?
I left aerobics after i put on wt cos even the instructor could not xplain reasons fr weight gain..Everyone says one never puts on weight after aerobics.Is it abnormal ?
Also i joined dance classes recently..After attending 2 classes my body bloats..and after 2 days comes 2 normal ..again when i take up classes on weekend it bloats ..Is it normal ?
Aerobics can build muscle, especially if it’s something you haven’t done before. A lot of people gain weight before losing it. Muscle weighs more than fat, so try to remember not to rely on the scale. I know it’s hard to do, since we’ve all been raised that way, but measurements are more accurate to tell if your exercise and diet are helping you make progress.
