piles diagnosis
We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known.
Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.
Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

New to Bipolar Diagnosis – Slave to my mood…any advice?
My physical & mental stamina as well as my motivation are all tied directly to my mood or as I call it ~ my “mode”. For example, I could be in the “mode” for mental activity which just means that if I sat down with all of my paper piles & a plan – I would enjoy a productive and fairly easy day. Rather, if I’m in a mental “mode” but, for whatever reason it’s necessary to be physical – like straighten a really cluttered area or put together furniture from a box – I find it really very difficult. It’s more than “I just don’t feel like it” ~ My mom says all the time…. “Just force yourself to do …. then it’ll be a habit.” ~ In theory she’s right – it SHOULD work that way. But, for me… It just doesn’t. If I work against my “mode” regardless of my effort – I can work all day & get very little actually “done”. If “I go with the flow” – so to speak…& figure out my mode 1st – then create alongside it – I accomplish alot w/out much effort. How do I create structure?
I’m bipolar as well. Your moods are manic- when you need to be doing something constantly and depressive- when you have no motivation to do anything. First of all if you’re not on meds you need to be. They help. Bipolar can’t be willed away and can get worse in some cases. The other thing is to create as regular of a daily routine as you can. Bipolar people can live a full and normal life with the proper meds. You can’t stop taking them though. If you have any other questions feel free to email me. I’m 20 and I’ve been living with bipolar since I was 4. So I can answer a lot! Do some research too. It helps to know what’s going on in your brain!
