It is urgent, kindly answer this question plz……?
How does one cure piles/ internal/external hemorrhoids without having to see a doctor? Has anyone had such a problem? Painful bowel movements? A vegetarian who is active and drinks plenty of water? It remains quiescent for a long time, then flares up all of a sudden and causes immense discomfort for weeks together.
Plz outline a DIET. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Just plenty of fiber and water, a Tbls of mineral oil every other day helps.
Hemorrhoid creams and pads help shrink the tissue, but there is no cure…they’ll never go away.
Surgery is an option, but sometimes the cure is worse than the symptom. (my husband had the surgery and now he has scar tissue instead of hemorrhoids)
