Do internal hemorrhoids only get bad if they are left untreated?
I have a tiny itty bitty internal hemorrhoid that comes and goes, but never gets any larger then a tiny little dot.

it doesnt bleed at all it has a long time ago but now it just shows up and goes away but never bleeds or has any symptoms
