internal hemorrhoids rectal

We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known. Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.

Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

Post Labor Rectal Pain (Sorry for TMI) – Is This Normal?

I had my baby on 9/24. My tears are mostly healing and my vaginal pain has pretty much disappeared. However, I still need to take stool softeners just to pass a BM. I don’t know if it’s some sort of internal hemorrhoid, but the right side of my rectum has a shooting/stabbing pain every time I go # 2. Sometimes it is so bad I have to hold it in until the stool softener kicks in. Also, sometimes I feel like I still have to go, but when I try to push, it’s like there is no muscle strength down there. Is this normal? I had to push for three hours and the epidural was so strong that I couldn’t feel what I was doing, so I’m wondering if I somehow injured myself. How many weeks is it usual to have this sort of pain?

I also had this pain and thought it was more bothersome than the labor ;)

The next time you have a BM, put your legs/knees together with your legs stretch out in front of you. Rock your upper body back and forth, all the way down to your knees and all the way back up to your back touches the tank of the toilet. Keep your legs together. The back and forth motion will push the BM without you having to push yourself.

I understand that it sounds funky, but try it. My sister told me about it after my daughter was born and it does work. It prevents more hemorrhoids.

In the meantime, it wouldn’t hurt to call your doc and report the pain, just to get his/her professional opinion. And yes, this is the fun stuff after delivery that no one bothers to tell you about….definitely grrrr! :)
