How can I prevent from getting Hemroids?
Ok I’m 15 years old and they say you don’t get them till your 30 or so! my dad and my grandpa I guess got them but not it’s not in our genetics what I don’t get is how they got them. Whats gross is that they say they get them by forcing there poop out when using the restroom but I’m not sure!
All I want to know is how to prevent from getting hemroids?
Get more fiber in your diet and go more often. Also yeah don’t force it out. Take your time and relax sounds gross but get a book or some mag to read while your in there and take your time
