How do you get rid of hemroids? ?
seriously, i’ve been having this one hemorrhoid for almost 6 months now and man, is it painful i would go to a doctor but by the time i get their it goes back inside and everytime i get a bowel movement it flairs up again.
You cannot get rid of them, only treat them.
Eat plenty of fiber so your stool does not take a lot of effort to release, careful with certain weight lifting, careful when wiping (get some flushable wipes)
