I’ve got the worse case of external hemroids ever! I’m starting a new job on monday?
and i need some help fast at least with the swelling. Ice packs have helped a little but not nearly enough. Anyone with ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated.
A great natural cure is potatoe – but you dont eat it! Cut out a plug-shaped piece (no skin) and insert into the rectum. The starch and other consituents of the potatoe act as an anti-inflammatory and the “plug” will help keep the swollen veins inside the rectum. Keep it in for an hour or so, repeat if needed.
