Im in pain! Please help!!?
Im 21 years and I been constipated for about 2years now. I have a bowel movement once a week. I have tried stool softeners and it doesn’t seem to be helping. I drink about 1 gallon of water a day. I do have fiber in my diet and i know to much fiber causes constipation. The pass three months ive had bleeding thinking its hemroids. Ive use suppository’s and they helped the pain for about 30 minutes then the pain is back and bleeding still occurs.
Does anyone know what is causing this problem or ever had this happen to them?
