is it common for men in their early 20s to get hemorrhoids? i eat well and exercise often, whats wrong w/ me?

also, i run often (3-5 times a week) should i avoid running or jogging while i have inflamed ‘roids…. if anyone can help me i’d really appreciate it…. mainly im just concerned about getting them at such a young age, im 22 and have gotten them on 2 other occasions, the last being just 2 months ago.. i eat lots of fiber and for the most part eat healthy foods……again if you can help me i;d be most grateful, thank you

No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage & no sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables.
