We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known. Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.

Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

How can u tell u have hernia?

I lift weights..almost as heavy as my own body weight…and I always wear a “jock strap” I dunno if this prevents hernia or not…but i’d really appreciate it if some one tells me if its the way u lift tht cause u hernia( I do military /rocky presses and incline chest press)…aka these excersises put a lot of strain on my lower body(my own weight + weight of my dumbbells)….could this cause hernia? or hemorrhoids????wht are the symptoms?

hi i am a doc so plz listen.yes lifting wieghts can cause hernia (more than 1 type and in different locations) and no straps do not prevent it.if u ask what u can do to prevent it unfortunatly u cant do much and plz dont listen to silly advices other than avoid too much strains.in old men even constipation can cause hernis.the good news that not all ppl will have it even with the most stressful excercise.bec if so we all will b hernia patients.it needs a predisposition to occure and now a day medicine CANT tell u if u r a candidate .so calm down u might never have any.if u want to know how it would b :it would b like a lump in your groin or the any of the midline of your belly. eat well smile a lot.and ull never have one…..good luck
