hemorrhoids warm bath
We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known.
Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.
Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

is it hemorrhoids?? and how do i get rid of it??
for the past month, i’ve been seeing some blood in my stool. and it really hurts to do #2. i started noticing that i don’t do #2 as often as i used to. it’s only like once a week or more. i talked to my doctor and she said it’s probably just a small case of hemorrhoids. so she told me to take warm baths 2-3 times a day and use this cream. well, it’s been about a week and a half and it’s gotten more painful. i’ve also noticed that my stomach seems to hurt. it’s not cramps. it’s bearable but there’s still pain there. what could be wrong? someone mentioned having cancer but i’m only 18 and i don’t want to deal with that. please help ![]()
um yeah. side note: i KNOW i can get cancer at age 18. yeah, lots of kids get cancer. i KNOW that. what i’m saying is i’m AFRAID of getting it, okay? (unfortunately, i’m not that dumb).
No, you have a little anxiety and hemorrhoids. And they do hurt like hell.
Get some Witch Hazel – it’s really cheap. Wash your poor tired as*hole with it two or three times a day – and warm baths are nice too. Witch Hazel is an herb – hammamalus (?) which is an stringent and will help pull the blood out of them.
Also put some Witch Hazel on toilet paper and stick it alongside your poor tired as*hole and hold it as long as you can there.
Also no holding your breath and going to the bathroom – pushing – against a closed glottis. I think it’s also called “straining at the stool”. This holding the breath and pushing is called the Valsalva (?) maneuver. Raises your blood pressure WAY up – breaks those hemorroidal veins. Perhaps that’s how you got hemorrhoids in the first place.
Put a lot of fruit in your diet – that will help too.
Good luck – they can seem to take forever to go away.
