hemorrhoids sitting down
We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known.
Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.
Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

How was your life after labor?
Im 30 weeks pregnant and Im really worried of everything that happens to my body after labor and being capable of taking care of the baby while my body is going through everything..
Can you tell me how your body was after labor and how difficult it was to take care of the baby for the ‘healing’ days?
( Tell me EVERYTHING like if you actually got hemorrhoids, how much pain it was to sit down, how your vagina looked after the delivery.. please let me know of all the things that I might go through)
Thanks!
well after your vagina will be quite sore, like the whole pelvic area. feel like its about to fall out lol is the best way to put it. you could wet yourself…very embarressing by the way but the midwifes/nurses have seen it all before so dont worry.
vagina lookes different at first but will go back to normal by at the most 3months. you cantreally have sex till about 6weeks or so, depenz on ur labour, wether you got stitches or not or how bad you tare.
i only grazed (very light taring) and i couldnt have sex till 5weeks later.
the blood that comes after usually stays for about 5-7weeks but is usually only heavy in the first week or 2, then it goes light for the rest of the time.
your on a real high (adrenaline rush) from birthing for the first night or so (n seeing your baby
), then you come down n get tired cos your not used to waking up all the time n from the exaustion of having the baby.
the labour is quite painful but tell you what when you finally push that baby out, its the BEST feeling ul ever have!! lol
i gave birth kneeling on my knees on the bed facing the back holding onto the bars, its a really good birthing position cos it lets you hold onto the hospital beds bars n its good for pushing. plus gravity helps. and i had a 10.9 pound baby n only got grazed so…i think it was the birthing postion that helped.
ooh some advice.. when your in labour n they give you the gas. bite down really hard on the plastic part in your mouth. it helps soooo much!! n it wont break so dont worry
hehe i proved that lol.
good luck with your baby
:) n hope it all turns out wonderful for you
