With a hemorrhoid is it better to sit, stand or lay down? I mainly stand all day, should I try to sit?
Also, it a cold pack better than a warm bath? I’m thinking cold since it’s so swollen and I want it to shrink. I’m already using the H cream and my MD is calling in a prescription but the nurse was too busy to instruct me any further. : (
