HI IM 32 WEEKS PREGO AND I THINK I HAVE EXTERNAL HEMORRHOIDS BUT NOT SURE,OK I HAVE SOMETHING ON MY BUT WITCH SYMBOLS HEM. it is normal to have hemorrhoids during pregnancy, i ever have hemorrhoid before and i try this simple step to cure my hemorrhoid
1. Consume more fruit and vegetables, you need more diet fiber
2. stop drinking alcohol, coffee or smoke
3. don’t do any heavy exercise
4. drink lot’s of water each day a least 2 Liter.
i manage to cure my hemorrhoid in 6 days, and after that i eat a lots of fiber and drink more water frequently to prevent it coming back.
