What type of rectal pain?

I woke up this morning with a throbbing rectal pain and at first I thought it was hemorrhoids, but there’s no blood or itchy feeling. It’s been a whole day and it still hurts. What’s wrong? (I exercised a lot last night, could that caused it).
I used the elliptical for a while. Much longer than I usually do.

Without being able to ask a lot of questions, some very basic like age, sex, recent meals etc it would be impossible to even give guess.pp
