Really, what a disgusting, messy means of powering life forms. Stick organic matter in one hole, and excrete it out two other holes, plus, it comes out the most stinky, messy stuff imaginable! If this is an elegant design, I must assume god flunked ergonomics.
Not to mention all the accompanying health problems, although I guess Adam & Eve didn’t have to deal with hemorrhoids, and they probably farted daisies.
THIS is the best your almighty, all knowing god could come up with? Pretty damn inefficient for the smartest creator ever. At the very least, I would have made human skin capable of photosynthesis.
