I’m 15 and sometimes the week before my period I get really bad cramps and I get constipated sometimes. Today though I think I have a hemorrhoid from my period. Is this a possibility? What can I do to prevent this?
I’m 16, and instead of getting constipated, I get diarrea. But I’m pretty sure constipation is normal, too 
It’s all gotta do with horomone balance.
