Question about sex after giving birth…?
I gave birth 11 weeks ago to my 2nd child. I didn’t tear or need stitches at all with this baby. I felt almost no soreness in the weeks after giving birth. However, about a month after birth, I started to feel some pain as if I maybe had a hemorrhoid or something…turns out I didn’t. We had sex for the first time about 6 weeks after delivery, then again a week or 2 later, and again tonight. Every time we try, it hurts and burns. I felt more pain tonight after sex than I did after I gave birth. Anyone else experience this? Should sex still be painful since I didn’t tear or have stitches?
Maybe you have an infection. I gave birth three times no stitches either, but I haven’t experienced this myself. The only one that can really tell you is your Doctor. Did you get your six week check up yet? Maybe your still healing from giving birth. Also maybe their was a tear the Doctor didn’t see?
