We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known. Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.

Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

38 weeks pregnant and now i have piles and athletes foot! what next?

Does anybody know how to get rid of piles? I have only noticed them last night i think there is only one!! SORRY TMI and because i am so big i cant try my feet properly hence athletes foot but thats ok as i have cream to help get rid of that. So lets all share our pregnancy niggles

you can use ‘rectinol’ for the piles. It has a local anestethic in the cream and is very soothing for the ‘ole posterior, lol! You can just get it at the chemist without prescription. I had to use it with my pregnancies and afterwards and I have already started with them this time and I am only 24wks!!! Arrghhhh! I hate the fact that after the birth they hang around, so to speak!! I wish it was a pregnancy-only related thing!

They say to also drink loads of water with piles and eat lots of foods high in fibre to help you poop better. Its because of the pressure on the blood vessels that you get them so to avoid adding on the pressure of constipation its wise to make sure your bowels are working well.

Good luck with it all and don’t worry, most of us go through this too! Some of us are unlucky enough to continue with the problem, but ahh, them’s the breaks – **sigh**
