I am 22 and I have piles. How can I get rid of them?
I have always had bother with constipation, and have had internal piles before, but in the last couple of days 2 external piles have appeared around my, um, area.
They are pea sized and not very nice. They are not causing me much discomfort, I am just very upset about them.
I am worried about how they will affect my sex life, and how men might react to them.
I have a very good diet- I eat no white bread and more than enough fruit and veg.
I purchased Anusol but is there any way which I can get rid of them quickly?
Any advice or answers anyone can give me on any factor surrounding my worries will be of great help and comfort to me.

I had the same problem,,,well more or less few years ago, but…I was a smoker, mot much fruits and viggys. My doctor prescribed a cream, but I didnt use it…I simply kept eating more fiber diet, more liquid stuff such as soaps to get my stools on the liquid side and avoid constipation. In few weeks time, it was gone. you need to be patient, it is a common problem, but not too many people will talk about it.
