If my piles are not painful and there is no bleeding, do I need to do anything about it?
It is a soft protruding lump hanging from my anus, so I suspect it may be piles. There used to be itching and perhaps a little bleeding, but not anymore. In fact, I do not feel anything now. Do I need to do anything about it?
