ok i had a baby 4 days ago and when i got home 2 days ago i noticed a big bump painful when walk or push on my anus i never had hemorrhoids before am assuming that is what it is ? how do i cope with it i have hemorrhoid cream but other than that what is there to do ? if i laugh, sneeze,cough or walk to much it hurts

I feel your pain, I get them really bad when I am pregnant, which I am now. I have also had the painful surgery to have them removed. Here is what has helped with me. There is a cream called Calmoseptine, my doctor prescribed it but I believe it is over the counter in some places. Either way it is easy to get, just ask your OB. If you soak in a tub for about 15 minutes and then apply this cream on the area it will shrink them within 24 hours. Now, it stings a bit at first but believe me it does wonders! I have tried everything and this is the only thing that works. I hope this helps, congrats on your baby!
