We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known. Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.

Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

Do I have Hemroids, fissure, or colon cancer, or something else? PLEASEEE HELP?

Well lately i have a little trouble going to the bathroom…and they are small alot and kinda narrow, drinking water kinda made it easier for me to go. they are also light brown, though a little darker today. Well today i went to the bathroom and i had some skeckles of blood on the toilet paper but i dont think any in the stool. also when i go it isnt alot, sometimes,i dont always get the blood just occasionally. Also months ago i had a hemroid it went back in but i think its still a little there.
Also sometimes when i go i get mucous that might be the times i have to strain and push hard to get it out. Well im only 18… i hope its not cancer =[[

You are having digestive problems. The blood is indicative of having problems toward the end of the intestine at or just before the anus. If the blood were dark colored or black, that is an indication of problems farther up the digestive track.

If you eat lots of fiber, you will have to drink lots of water. If you don’t, that will plug you up worse than not eating the fiber. All fiber does is absorb water and carry it down into the intestines. The G.I. track only uses 4% of the water you drink.

60% goes to the kidney, 24% to the skin, and 12% to the lungs, leaving only 4% to the G.I. track where it is recycled.

If you eat a low fat diet, your liver and gallbladder will not work properly and you will develop problems associated with both of those organs. These Low Fat, High Carb diets are terrible for you. The fact you have hemorrhoids says that you are nutrient deficient and need to get on a good diet. I would suggest you go see a Certified Nutritional Therapist to have them test you to see what you are deficient in specific to you and then to recommend a good diet that will get you back on track to good health.

good luck to you
