cleaning hemroids
We've come across an exciting solution for people wanting to get rid of hemorrhoids or piles as its commonly known.
Holly Hayden, who once was a sufferer of hemorrhoids, has completed her study on how to get rid of hemorrhoids, and has written a tell-all report to called H-Miracle.
Holly had tried everything possible and nothing worked. She then decided to try a home remedy which her grand mother told her about. This worked so Holly wanted to pass on the informtation to people who suffer from the embarrassing problem of piles.

please and thanks
Hemorrhoids are nothing to worry about if they are not giving you pain or discomfort.
If you don’t like the bumps sticking out, then next time, during your shower, this will sound gross but you can use your fingers to push them back in. This is sometimes more easily done if you use a lubricant of sorts, such as petroleum jelly or KY Jelly.
If they do cause you discomfort, you can use hemorrhoid cream to make you more comfortable. Ibuprofen could help too.
A lady’s cycle can do all sorts of what-the-heck stuff to the body. I sometimes suffer from hemorrhoids and it’s sometimes more likely triggered during certain stages in the month.
I strongly suggest you alter your diet to ease the constipation. More fruits and veggies and ease up on the starches. Drink lots of water. Be especially aware of what you eat during that “cleansing” time of the month, since this is when you seem to have the problem.
