Pains
I always hide my pains,
Depression holds me in chains,
Can’t escape the awful games;
Holding back the pain that piles,
Faking my smile,
But my smile seems so vile;
Want to hold on but want to die,
These feelings are so hard to turn dry,
I’m soon to burst out and cry;
Holding back what is true,
Holding back what makes me blue,
And what’s keeping me from dying is you.
yeah i have felt this way before.
Wow that poem is so deep. Its sad yet happy. Because at the end it shows hope. Everyone feels that way sometimes. Like they’re trapped. The only place they can escape to is…..their room. And thats not much is it? So you really convey the message about how theres few things in life to live for. 
I love the way you skillfully rhymed. Im pretty impressed by your feelings. They really show in your writing. You should definitely submit more stuff if it “releases some links of your chains”.
