kinda embarrising. bloody poop, faintness, dizzy, bloated, stomach pain?
well, the question basically says it all.
i don’t think it’s a hemorrhoid because there blood is actually IN the poop, sometimes its very dark, almost black. others just a weird grey with red streaks. it can be very inconsistent.
i’m very bloated feeling and have nausea. my stomach hurts all the time.
i get really hot and sweaty, and feel like i’m going to faint.
then it goes away pretty fast.

i’m a 15 year old female. i’m a competitive swimmer and train around 20 hours a week (17 in the pool, 3 lifting weights) . my diet is typically healthy. i have had a history of very severe cramping (not related with pms) and 2 years ago i would get faint alot and throw-up for no reason.
