For some of us this has become a severe hinder in their lives, stopping them from natural physical activities such as riding a bike or going for a walk. Doctors and pharmacists often recommend hemroids external treatment, such as creams. But how good are they, really?
Ointments and creams
Hydrocortisone is a regular ingredient in these for the purpose of reducing the inflammation and itching, as is a numbing agent to take care of the pain. But hydrocortisone causes permanent thinning of the skin if you use it regularly, and this can cause other problems than the hemroid itself.
Bathe gently with warm water
